New PG2 Heating Jacket
Our heating jacket “PG2” is the preferable solution for minimizing the effect of cold during incoming autumn and winter.
Typically, blowpipes are fed from 11 kg propane-butane cylinders. At low ambient temperatures the pressure of the gas is insufficient for correct blowpipe operation, which is a problem for everyone implementing propane-butane mixtures. The solution is to increase the ambient temperature and keep it stable. For this purpose we designed an innovative heating jacket, for which we also won an award at the Roofing Fair.
In lower ambient temperatures the heating jacket warms the cylinder up to 40°C, which provides fixed gas mixture pressure and ensures that the content of the cylinder will be used up entirely. Many contractors approved of our innovation as it has resolved the problem of incomplete gas utilization in autumn and winter.
